There is an established link between poverty and poor health
Insecure, poorly paid employment has been shown to have a detrimental impact on health and wellbeing
The most important materialistic influences on health are diet, housing, working conditions, exposure to pollution, the urban environment and public services

The typical Whole Foods customer is a female between the ages of 25 and 39 with more than £1,000 in discretionary monthly income.
By comparison, the typical Asda customer is a female over the age of 60 with less than £140 in monthly discretionary income.
Whole Foods attracts wealthier customers because it's a more expensive chain, which is how it earned the nickname "Whole Paycheck" — though the company is now trying to change that image by lowering prices.
My idea for representation was social class and its influence on health. I was going to compare two different social classes by the places where they purchase their food (Whole Foods & Asda). Typically you assume the people who go to Whole Foods are middle class due to the crowd it attracts whereas Asda is more working class. I started off by filming some B roll before i was abruptly interrupted by a worker who told me I needed permission to film in ASDA so proceeded to get the store manager to tell me to email the store when, where and why I need to film because I may be damaging the companies image with the footage I send out. However I went to Whole Foods and successfully managed to film B roll however I couldn't interview any customers as the store was filled with more people than usual. So now I know for next time if I want to film in a shop I should email or call beforehand with my proposition so on the day for my filming I wont have any problems and I can successfully finish my project without any hiccups.
Although I couldn't complete my original project of social class and it's influence on health I decided to change my idea slightly to something more simple. I decided to change it to Social Class and the difference between working class and the upper class.
